Membership & Activity Reports
Club Secretaries:
During your Lions Years you will be required to complete four reports described below:

DISTRICT ACTIVITY REPORT | Not submitted to LCI | Word Document submitted monthly to the District only to report club, officer activities and upcoming events. Once completed email to: District Governor 1st VDG 2nd VDG Region and Zone Chairs (see the Region/Zone Chair Page) IT Chair |

LCI ACTIVITY REPORT | Activities, funds raised/donated, projects, etc submitted monthlyvia WMMR/MyLCI through "submit reports" on LCI Website. In July the complilation of information becomes the "Annual Activity Report" (previously the A-1) | Information is provided to District Officers through the LCI Report System. LIONS CLUBS OFFICER REPORTING FORM (PU101) | Submitted via WMMR/MyLCI following April Elections SInce it will determine LCI issuance of passwords, please verify member information, especially email addresses, prior to submitting. (LCI Deadline May 15th) | Submitted to the same distribution as District Activity Report, above. DEADLINE to District is May 1st. This information is also used in preparation of the District Directory |

Also, you are encouraged to use the Training Area listed on the login page. For incoming and returning Secretaries, the MyLCI training area is accessible effective as of June 15th,
PLEASE NOTE:
Should you have difficulty getting your password, contact your Zone Chair, IT Chair, or LCI IT division (Below). The District Activity Report has been trimmed to eliminate as much duplication as possible.

Although the Directory states reports are due by the 20th of the month, District Governor Ken states that as long as reports are submitted in accordance with the LCI schedule, club presidents will not be penalized for their 100% Award.
