Membership & Activity Reports

Club Secretaries:

 

    During your Lions Years you will be required to complete three reports described below:

 

 REPORT

MyLCI

DISTRICT

 

MEMBERSHIP REPORT

Club and membership information submitted

monthly via MyLCI through "submit reports"

on LCI Website by logging in as Club Officer

Information is provided to District Officers through the LCI Report System.

No need to send to District Officers directly. 

 

 

LCI ACTIVITY REPORT

Activities, funds raised/donated, projects, etc submitted

monthly via MyLCI through "submit reports" on LCI Website.

In July the complilation of information becomes the

"Annual Activity Report" (previously the A-1) 

Information is provided to District Officers through the LCI Report System.

No need to send to District Officers directly 

LIONS CLUBS

OFFICER REPORTING FORM

Submitted via MyLCI following April Elections

SInce it will determine LCI issuance of passwords,

please verify member information,

especially email addresses, prior to submitting. 

DEADLINE to District is May 1st.
